[unable to retrieve full-text content]ContributorNetwork - Penn State University has a lot on it plate with a potential 30 percent cut in funding proposed by Gov. Tom Corbett's newest state budget, as reported by WHPTV News. The report mentions PSU went before the state Senate Appropriations Committee in an effort to open discussions on the matter.
